Qualification: MBA with Degree or Diploma in Agriculture Science/Rural Development/Agriculture Engineering.

Remuneration: As per industry standard, commensurate with Qualification and Job Experiences.

Job Relevant Experience: 10-15 years.

Job Description:

- Managing of Company seed production area.

- Managing of all production staff in each location.

- Play as a mediator between Company and the farmer.

- Identify new production area and ensure to achieve company production target.

Job Skills:

- Excellent Communication Skills.

- Well conversant in Local Language.

- Good Negotiation Skills.

- Prior Knowledge in seed manufacturing process.

- Computer savvy.

- Like working in rural setup.

- Problem solving skills.

- Work as a part of Team.

Preferred Candidate:

- Having Agriculture /Rural Development background with 10 to 15 yrs experience in Paddy seed manufacturing process.
