- Willing to relocate to Chennai
- Command over Communication - both oral & written
- Experienced in Proposal Writing & Government Tenders
- Preferred Navy / Air Force SSC, but not must

Job Purpose : contribution to the RMPL objectives
- To lead the product sales function of the company, in coordination with the oil and gas, survey & research equipment and corporate relations teams.
Job Specification:
- Responsible for sales revenue & sales costs
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for verticals in against various principals; projecting sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Planning sales strategies for the verticals and executing the sales & marketing plan, once it has been discussed and approved.
- Develop & implement different sales strategies
- Forecasting the growth on regular basis (and monthly review towards the executive teams) and providing projections vide quantum-based reports
- Analyze present business trend and identify methods of improving profitability of current business / formulate future Business Plans.
- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing suitable/adequate marketing strategies; by analyzing trends and results.
- Follow-ups on sales proposals and monitoring activities of entire sales team
- Provide monthly precise and up to date sales forecast reports to management
- Update and adapt professional/technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
- Reviewing professional publications
- Establishing personal networks
- Participating in professional societies
- Gaining expertise on functions and advantages of RMPL's representative products/services in order to have the ability to integrate this product knowledge in the sales process and position the sales team as specialists.
- Participating and/or deputing staff to product informative sessions
- Continuously increasing own expertise and concentrating on RMPL value proposition
- Responsible for Management Report on Sales and maintains confidentiality of it.
Reporting:
- Work with COO of the Company to craft strategic decisions of the Organization.
- Macro level review of MIS reports/information collated for Clients/Principals
- Reporting sales results and market information relevant to the RMPL organization
- Expanding RMPLs customer base by identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
