JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Title : Manager / Sr. Manager - PMT ATL (Media Buyer - offline)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The incumbent shall be responsible for media negotiation and buying which includes TV, Print, Cinema, and Radio & Magazines.
- Should possess deep knowledge of Media buying (for assigned mediums)
- Should have experience in negotiations with Channels and Media partners and Deal Documentations.
- Shall be required to ensure that media buying operations are carried with high transparency and compliance to company processes.
- Shall be required to be aligned to the business needs considering launches and Corporate Media strategy. Work very closely with the Corp Marketing team to validate the cost of all ATL activities
Overall Buying Product:
- Efficiencies
- Benchmarking
- Savings, AVBs
- Deal management, maximizing performance of deals
- Control and management of budgets
Reporting: This position will report to DGM - PMT ATL (Procurement Lead - Media Buying)
Reprtees: None
Work Experience : Should have minimum of 8-12 years of Media Buying experience in a Media agency.
Skills and Competencies required:
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with senior management across business verticals are a must.
- Should have good negotiation skills
- Should be good with number crunching & analysis.
- Efficient in documentation and data management
- Strong in compliance
- Able to work under pressure
