About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading Financial Institution Globally. As a part of the continued expansion of their India-based Global Operations Hub, they’re keen to recruit a seasoned project management professional to support their PMO.

Job Description

- Reporting into the Head of Transitions and handling a 2 member team you will be responsible for implementing the various project management controls and manage the programme reporting to the senior stakeholders.

In addition you will be responsible for-

- Assisting project managers to ensure the requisite project discipline is being observed and offer them guidance if any gap exists

- Preparing dashboards and management packs

- Coordinating and attending senior management meetings along with taking official minutes and ensure completion of planned actions

- Ensuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness of reporting

The Successful Applicant

- You must have 6+ years of project management experience and impeccable written/ spoken English. You should also have extensive experience with project management techniques and tools and a track record of applying these controls across several projects. Prior experience of senior stake holder management and dashboard / management pack preparation is a must.
