Position Description :

Position Title : Manager/Sr.Manager - MIS & Analytics

Business Unit : Sales Support

Reporting To: B.E.BOPANNA

No Of Reportees : 4

Location : HO

Position Summary :

The resource would be responsible for overall MIS, data analytics & business presentations for Tied Agency (SM channel + Agency Manager Channel)

Key Accountabilities :

- Effectively manage a team of MIS executives/Managers

- Deliver on timelines without compromising on the quality/accuracy of data/presentations

- Innovate and improve on existing reports/presentations

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications :

- Graduate/post graduate

- Excellent data analytics, Excel, SQL & PowerPoint proficiencies

- Good communication skills

Personal Attributes & Competencies :

- High integrity

- Commitment to deliver on timelines

- Stretch to deliver on commitments

- Good people management skills

Person Profile :

- Base Location Head Office, Bangalore

- Age (Min to Max) 27 to 35 years

- Experience (Min to Max) 5 years plus

Specific Qualification Requirement, If any( Eg: CA, LLB) Graduate/Post Graduate

Industry Preference: (Insurance, Telecom, BFSI) Insurance or BFSI

- Specific Skill Sets and Weight age assigned to various skill sets Excellent Data analytics, Excel, SQL & Power point skills

- Position reports into General Manager - Sales Support (MIS & Agency Admin)

- Direct Reports to the position 4 MIS executives/Asst/Deputy Managers
