About our Client - Our client is a leading US based healthcare MNC with over $9bn revenues globally and a presence in over 50 countries. They are seeking a senior L&D professional for their Centre of Excellence in Gurgaon
Job Description - As Learning & Development Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Partner with the business to identify team level learning and development needs in alignment with business needs
- Drive and implement training strategy and roll out learning solutions
- Create competency frameworks,succession planning and organizational development initiatives
- Create and deploy tools / frameworks to drive effective implementation of learning modules
- Manage the department training budget (demand vs cost allocation, adaptation of changes, final reporting)
- Analyse and actively respond to internal/external benchmarks, diagnostics and performance feedbacks
The Successful Candidate - The successful candidate must carry 7-10 years of experience in learning & development solutions, talent management and organizational development initiatives. Qualitative exposure in highly matrixed environment is required along with a proven track record of senior stakeholder management. Influencing skills and planning skills are of high importance and candidates from hi-tech technology/FMCG/Pharmaceutical companies will be given a preference.
