Currently working on an opportunity for the position of Manager / Sr. Manager- Job Analysis and Evaluation for one of the biggest corporate houses in India.
Job Description:
Conduct & enable Training and employee communication on aspects of role clarity and leverage JE principles:
- Support design and conduct Job analysis and evaluation trainings programs across businesses and geographies to ensure adequacy of job evaluators in the Group.
- Conduct and build capability through Train the trainer for the employee communication across various employee groups to ensure sufficient understanding of the process and there is smooth migration / integration of the process.
- Support & implement various other methods of designing learning programmes on Job analysis and evaluation.
- Effectively leverage technology for learning programmes in the areas of Job Analysis, Job Evaluation and Role Clarity interventions in businesses.
Build Systems and processes to enable businesses to implement JAE:
- Periodically Audit Job bands & Job descriptions and Job scores updation in ERP.
- Enable the process to consolidate benchmark jobs, coding of jobs, creation and modification of positions for robustness of position management data in ERP
- Provide support in design of policies and processes for JAE portfolio.
