One of our reputed client is looking for an Industrial Relations Manager based out of Delhi.
Qualification:
- Post Graduate in Personnel Management / HR & Diploma in labour laws and Labour welfare
Job Description:
1. Ability to handle multiple unions .
2. Experience in handling strikes and matters related to VRS. Manage disciplinary proceedings in Conciliation with Labour dept.
3. Manage Crisis/ Labour unrest
4. Knowledge and exposure in handling local bodies and Statutory authorities in and around Delhi.
5. Exposure in handling domestic inquiries and workmen grievances.
6. Wage and salary administration.
7. Exposure to handle time office function.
8. Hands on experience in Variable pay linked wage settlements.
9. Knowledge of ERP Systems.
10. Proficient in managing Disciplinary proceedings & is able to Conciliation with Labour Dept. Employee counseling in case of erratic behavior likes absenteeism, neglect of work
Experience:
- Post qualification IR Exposure of 9 to 15 years
