Role:
- Manage all the activities of Internal audit department with excellence and empathy.
Audit/Responsibilities include:
Audit Planning:
- Prepare risk based internal audit plan as per methodology and considering inputs from all stakeholders.
periodically assess the environment and if require suggest the enhancement / modification of the plan.
- Complete the annual plan
Team:
- ensure team as per plan. Manage and motivate team. Involvement in team development.
Client relationship:
- effective relationship management with all key stakeholders.
Audit Management:
- along with other manager / Sr manager manage all operation IAD activities, audit planning, conflict management, reporting, etc.
Methodology & Analytical Skills:
- Analyzes information & issues systematically using a logical process.
- Exhibits professional skepticism.
- Understands & executes audits in accordance with department/firm-wide policies & practices.
- Documents work performed & conclusions reached in accordance with standards on a timely basis.
Management Development:
- Promotes an inclusive & diverse work environment.
- Sets individual goals & objectives that are consistent with those of the group/business.
Communication:
- Communicates honestly, frequently & effectively, both orally & in writing, to promote clarity & understanding.
- Excellent report drafting skill.
- Is succinct & concise in communications.
Business Ethics: Demonstrates compliance, ethics, confidentiality.
