We are looking for Managers/Senior Manager – Internal Audit for a Mumbai based Audit & Management Consulting firm.

Industry – Audit & Management Consulting firm
Post qualification Experience – More than 5 years in Audit Firms
Salary range – Rs. 9 to 14 lakhs depending on the candidates’ profile
Key Purpose of the Job
- To assist the Partner/ Superior in implementing and executing projects in assurance, tax and advisory services as per the professional and firm’s quality standards. Also, the role is responsible for monitoring of the assignments for improving efficiency of the assignments
Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Managing and leading a team of executives and directly reporting to Partner/ Director.
2. Ensuring technical knowledge is updated and keeps abreast with latest updates / amendments
3. Planning and executing all the Audits, Resource scheduling, Staff training, Implementing firm’s audit methodology, finalising the audit along with the partners.
4. Should be able to independently handle and execute large assignments under the guidance of the partner.
5. Should be able to handle and execute multiple assignments under the guidance of a partner/s
6. Should have the ability to analyze, compare, and interpret facts and figures quickly.
7. Display understanding of client's business, industry and issues; and be able to interact with clients effectively and address their issues tactfully.
8. Responsible for maintaining positive relationship with client and ensure client servicing as per the expectations of the client.
9. Responsible to guide team members on technical issues and guide them to write the report sections
10. Monitor the progress of team members on key deliverables and provide appropriate guidance
11. Should have the technical ability to deliver client deliverables such as report.
12. Responsible for review of report sections prepared by the team members and finalize the report before sharing it with partner/director.
13. Ensures that the senior and junior team members are well informed on the developments in the project.
14. Ensure work plan for all assignments are made well in advance with deliverables set for each team member on independent projects.
15. Effectively execute against project timelines based on priorities, resource availability, and other project requirements (i.e., budget)
