Job Description

- Getting new clients on board ( namely for Roads and other sub sectors of transportation vertical).

- Sound knowledge of roads sector in terms of regulations, and funding structures for financing projects etc.

- Assessing propositions under infra funding from the existing /new clients and making presentation to the appropriate approval authority for approvals.

- Conducting credit appraisal of the prospective clients with a view to take exposure, Risk Analysis of the Industry as well as of the Company to determine credit worthiness of the Project.

- Liasioning with credit team for final due diligence and complying / providing all information required to complete the due diligence.

- Sound understanding of due diligence process (namely credit appraisals, well versed with structuring and documentation for project financing).

- Preparing and negotiating term sheet.

- Liasoning with Legal department for documentation. Mapping of term sheet with terms mentioned in the agreements.

- Post disbursement monitoring of transactions with respect to deviations/delinquencies.
