Job Title: Manager/ Senior Manager

Experience : Qualified CA with aleast 6 years of experience in Indirect Taxation / MBA

Job Description :

1. Experience of working in various domains of indirect tax e.g. added tax, VAT, central sales tax, excise, service tax, etc.

2. Must have an ability of analysing problems, identifying core issues, investigating, evaluating and integrating information.

3. Prior experience of managing indirect tax issues and managing service tax daily operations involving maintenance of required statutory records, registration, timely submission of returns and all statutory compliance.

4. Ability to Maintain up to date information on indirect tax developments and ensuring compliance to rules and regulation including periodical changes announced from time to time, to avoid any undue litigation etc.

5. Good knowledge of tax regulations and drafting / filing of appeals.

6. Ability to maintain all statutory records, drafting reply of show cause notices and briefing advocates for appearing before Excise/ Service Authorities.
