Experience: 4-10 years, a major part of which should have been with a large format retail or QSR services directly involved in recruitment and HR operations
Purpose Statement :
- The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include Talent acquisition, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling, talent retention, compensation & benefits, employee grievances, employee welfare etc

- To understand the Ethos of Hamleys business and accordingly recruit staff across levels - Both at store level and Tail office
HR Hygiene & Operational Issues:
- Salaries and Payroll
- Joining formalities
- Exit Formalities
- Knowledge of statutory laws and compliances
- Creating an ethics counsellor role
- Staff Grievances and follow ups
- Staff rewards and recognition
- Performance Appraisals
- Training and development
Career Progression and planning ahead:
- Create a clear plan for career progression for staff
- Creating a talent pool of high performers and putting them on a - fast track- route for growth
Note : The Position involves extensive Travelling (8-10 days in a month) both around the country and within the base city
