Currently working on opening for the position of Manager / Sr. Manager - HRMS for a leading corporate house in India
Develop and review user requirements to ensure that all user requirements are correctly documented & communicated
- Engage extensively with functional users to understand requirements
- Ensure preparation of detailed user requirements documents and ensure that the requirements documents are reviewed and accepted by the users
- Engage extensively with the technical team to communicate and explain functional user requirements
- Preparation of detailed functional documents to be provided to the technical team
Develop and review specific module / sub-module documentation and user manuals
- Monitor and Ensure the preparation of detailed user manuals
- Ensure that all are readily available and user friendly.
- Ensure that all such module / sub-module manuals are reviewed in detail and accepted by users.
Ensure detailed module / sub-module testing before the product goes live
- Preparation of detail test cases
- Develop and ensure implementation of test plans
- Monitor results of testing
- Ensure all changes are implemented
User training for specific modules
- Ensure that all direct and in-direct users of the system have been identified and are trained in the use of the module / sub-module as per plan
Ensure effective utilization of HRMS across specific businesses & across specific modules
- Engage with business coordinators on a regular basis to drive:
Utilization of HRMS across modules
Data Integrity in the system
Compliance to processes
- Constantly evaluate module features, performance and identify newer features and functionalities which can be beneficial
- Constantly evaluate module usage and develop and implement plans to improve the same.
