Experience in Performance Management is must for this role.
- The objective of this role is to be a key HR business partner and front end the range of Generalist HR activities for approx. 700 employees.
- This would include focus on Employee Relations, Performance Management Process, MIS and data analysis, Training Needs Identification/Analysis, Induction and On boarding, Competency Framework Implementation, and Reward and Recognition plans amongst other areas.
- The individual in this role will work closely with HR specialist teams such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, HR Services etc. and ensure needs of the business get fed back into the overall HR planning and strategy.
Experience:
- Full time MBA from premium B-School with at least 7-10 years of experience in HRBP role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high energy levels
- Excellent team player; hands-on with a can-do approach and ability to get things done
- Pro-active with good problem solving skills
- Extremely collaborative and the ability to function in a matrix environment
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS excel & PowerPoint
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Honest and high on integrity
