Manager / Sr manager HR Operations for a reputed MNC BPO in Hyderabad.
Job Description :
- Direct activities of the group to meet quality, productivity and service levels standards
- Has operational responsibility for the department's associates.
- Work collaboratively to achieve world class service and operational excellence.
- Responsible for setting targets, implementing guidelines, and assisting with any issues the employees may have.
- Managing team performance and ensure targets and client SLAs are met.
- Constantly evaluate results in order to meet performance objectives and map accordingly.
- Act as the interface between the India team and the onshore team.
- Work in conjunction with the onshore team to assess the workload demands and man-hours required to deliver on set targets.
- Review resource availability and schedule associates according to work demands.
- Ensure that all team members understand the team's objectives and work together to achieve it.
- Works with India Management, Shared Services and other teams on common organization initiatives like Associate Engagement, Client Engagement, Career progression, sharing of best practices, etc.
- Performs related work as required.
Scope
Managerial responsibility
- Ensure on-time deliveries with required quality and productivity standards. Put in place appropriate quality systems to ensure a strong culture of reporting and evaluation of defined metrics and a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Should be able to focus and actively drive performance and delivery.
- Client relationship Management- department and onshore clients.
- Develop, interpret, and analyze metrics to drive performance
- Gap analysis on team members to develop trainings to close the gap.
Qualifications & Experience :
Education
- MBA Human Resources having 10+ years of experience with 3-5 years in a professional management role handing HR Operations.
- 3+ years experience in Service Delivery using the offshore delivery model preferably in large multinational organization.
- BPO experience into HR Operations is essential.
Specific Skills
- Willing to work US shifts.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent presentation - both oral and written skills are required.
- Computer literate with excellent understanding of all Microsoft applications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and multiple relationships simultaneously.
- Proven ability to effectively direct and lead an operation in attaining cost avoidance, client satisfaction, and associate engagement and retention goals.
- Possesses good judgment and the ability to foster teamwork and support upper management decisions.
- Must work well under pressure.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to address training needs of the team.
- Must show adaptability and an innate ability to learn new cultures and get along with people.
