To be the face of HR on all people development and human resource management issues
- Staff, on board, train and retain high caliber talent
- Drive Sales Trainee program- Campus recruitment, onboarding and entire 6 months training program
- Effective administration, communication and clarification of policies.
- Ensure timely completion of all HR processes and with superior quality.
- Handle all employee grievances at the unit level and work towards resolution of the same.
- Be the voice of frontline sales and escalate issues of concern to leadership team
