Role: Individual Contributor (HR Business Partner)
Job Profile:
Talent Acquisition:
- Developing Sourcing strategies
- Obtain approval from the management team for new talent / replacement positions
- Drive employee referral programs to induct cost effective quality talent
- Vendor engagement and review
- Salary negotiation and finalization
- New Talent Induction
Performance Management:
- Implementation of appraisal system .
- Conducting training to familiarize Managers and employees about the Performance Appraisal Review process.
- Conducting reviews to check the effectiveness of the reviews being done.
- Working with the business head for moderation/calibration at the end of the review
- Working with the business to facilitate Performance Improvement Plans for low performers
- Designing internal parity model to ensure compensation rationalization
Competency profiling:
- Creating & Reviewing Job descriptions of all critical roles
- Behavioral and Functional Competency mapping
- Facilitate Reviews based on competency framework
- Designing training and improvement plans based on the competency profiling
- Designing & Reviewing Role based compensation structure based on internal and external compensation trends.
Succession Planning/Role Changes/Job Rotation:
- Ensuring leadership funnel for identified critical roles
- Identifying the minus 1 leadership people and devising training programs in discussion with the senior leadership Advising leadership of People movement & Organization Structure
- Developing and Implementing Staffing norms
- Facilitating Role changes / job rotation through the Role Change process
Implementing business specific HR Strategies & Policies:
- Variable Pay / Incentive plans for the Business and implementation
- Review of HR policies and benefits from time and its implementation
