Sr Manager HR

- This role is a mix of generalist business HR and corporate HR profile and will involve handling 3 or more critical areas in HR.

- The incumbent will be the HR representative /business HR for 1 or more departments.

-In addition to the same, he/she will be driving projects like Organizational Diagnostics and participating in best employer awards

- Same, he/she will be responsible for recruitment and training of Management

- Trainees for the entire organisation and independently driving 1-2 additional

- Corporate HR initiatives/projects as described in this PD.
