Job Description:
- Leading / Managing / Motivating/ Developing a Team of analysts who support the HR Reporting & Analytics Team
- Play a key role in supporting the head of Global HR Operations and Analytics team to build organizational capability in utilizing data and research to influence the business with their human capital management strategy, focus and decision making.
- Contribute to the analysis, diagnosis and presentation of people metrics that measure performance and effectiveness of the business and managers, including the development of new reporting
- Serve as a HR measurement subject matter expert and provide support and education to the HR Business Partner community.
- Support the high priority effort of implementing new HR data governance standards and documentation as part of an HR systems transition.
Essential Skills:
- Knowledge of human capital metrics with understanding of current and future trends in metrics and assessment
- Experience with implementing measurement systems
- Knowledge of best practice in HR data governance
- Recognize relevant data and determine supporting data required to further explore a question or situation
- Strong business acumen and ability to form an opinion based on both human capital metrics and data about the business
Must have:
- Strong Excel background - must know vlookups, pivot tables, if statements, etc
- Strong Access background - must understand how to build and run queries.
- 7-10 years Metrics-based role, preferably in Human Resources
