Manager/Sr Manager - Government & Public Service - IT Advisory Services - Public Health

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain relationships with clients in the Public Health space through the business lifecycle - opportunity generation, pursuit, qualification, proposal, presentation, delivery, quality and risk management, invoicing, collections, closure, repeat opportunity identification

- Mentor and guide teams of A. Cons, Cons, Sr. Cons for quality delivery to clients in the Government and Public Services space comprising of the following: Central Ministries in India and EMEA, State departments, City and District level Government bodies, IFI's and Donor Agencies

- Plan engagement execution and delivery in consultation with the client and engagement team

- Assign tasks and deliverables to the engagement execution team, and review work products created by the team before delivery to the client

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and meet (and strive to exceed) benchmark Sales and Revenue numbers

- Define and comply with engagement profitability (hours, margins, etc.) in line with Advisory guidance

- Ensure compliance to all risk and quality management principles

Prior qualifications and experience required:

- BE/MBA or MBBS (with technical experience) from a premium educational institution with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, and 8 years of overall experience

- Experience on working with organizations or clients in the Health / Public Health space on one or more of the following areas is required:

a) Process Re-engineering

b) Program Management

c) IT Strategy

d) IT Solutioning and Architecture

e) IT Roadmap

- Prior experience in public health and/or disease control and/or hospitals is a big plus

- Prior experience in premium IT organization is preferred, but not essential
