We have the following requirement - in Mumbai

HR Learning and Development

MBA HR L+D 5 to 15 years of experience in Learning and Development from branded KPOs/ BPOs/Shared Services /HR outsourcing companies

- Candidate should have full time 2 yrs HR degree from Top pedigree HR Inst with strong experience in end to end training delivery, conceptualization, designing content and training calenders, vendor management, feedback evaluation and analysis

- Develop and institutionalize competency frameworks, assessment of learning needs and training plans

- Develop learning modules and programs with internal resources and external agencies support

- Propose and manage L & D budgets

- Be responsible for organizational development initiatives

- Should have hands on experience on delivery and development of behavioral, communication and leadership training modules

- Should be conversant with delivery models, modes of training, cultural nuances and their implications

- Ability to communicate and convince leadership

- Ability to build credibility with stakeholders and influence decisions at all levels

- Ability to develop, lead and manage teams

Comp range 15 lacs INR to 40 lacs INR
