About the company: The organization is the world's largest publisher and distributor of Children's Books.

Job Description:

- To be proactive with locating and developing new business in line with the revenue and sales through the appropriate methodology.

- To ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to our customers and to increase the client base.

- To increase sale for existing major key accounts though proper analysis, planning etc., Make the category head understands gaps with respect to our product and its importance to have a bridge to fulfill these gap.

- To manage special projects under the direction of the GM-Trade

- Be aware of the key trends in the market and take appropriate action

- Have extensive knowledge of competitor and suggest parallel or superior product in comparison to the clients.

- Organize corporate sales promotional initiatives

- Establish key relationships with corporate clients, agencies and existing key accounts to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue.

- Suggest customized company products based as per clients and stores needs.

- To ensure personal presentation is of the highest standards at all times to project a professional image to clients

- Ensure that all communications with customers are handled within the required time frame and in accordance to company standards

- Entertain prospective clients, where appropriate .

- Liaise with the rest of the team /support staffs on a day to day basis to obtain all new sales leads

- Focused polished person with good reports analysis’ to sit with clients/team every fortnight basis and review the business and push hard for our sales, availability, title wise.

- Have full product knowledge

- Be pro-active in putting forward suggested actions to achieve the department’s targets

- Demonstrate a “can do” attitude at all times

- To provide support and coaching to new team members within Trade Sales Team

- Carry out other duties/tasks outside normal routines but within the overall scope of the job
