Manager/Sr Manager - Consulting - Metal & Mining

The individual will be responsible for working with a Partner in the Steel Industry of the Metal & Mining vertical. While the role envisages both business development and service delivery responsibilities the focus would be more on client management and business/practice development.

- Business Development: Manage client relationships at key clients in the steel (and metals) industry. Develop and maintain relationships with top decision makers at key clients. Organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development and sales process. Demonstrate strong account management and relationship development capabilities. Overall, be responsible for business from a client and satisfaction of the client.

- Engagement Management: Lead or support project teams in delivery of projects

- Domain Development: Understands in the Steel Industry / Metals & Mining space and tailor them to client requirements in India. Develop point-of-view, research or white papers, and support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.

- People Development: Develop a team of professionals to enable growth. Perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm's staffing process, and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities.
