Designation: Manager / Sr. Manager.  Reporting: Head of department.  - Ensuring Compliance with NBFC provisions prescribed by RBI for Loan and Investment NBFC.  - Setting the Policy framework required by RBI and implementation thereof including framing of appropriate policies, Internal limits, Loan related procedure and compliances including Sanctions, KYC, documentation, NPA monitoring etc.  - Providing Compliance approval for Loan disbursals.  - Board updates for RBI matters and minutes recording of various board committees.
