Job Responsibilities
Responsible for day to day operation of thecenter Lead a team of 500+ employees, 2-3Assistant managers, 20-25 Team leaders :
- Manage the Center’s Inbound Voice Domestic operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies.
- Lead and Support of management of strong margins and P&L
- Client Management & Managing Escalation issues
- Ensure smooth functioning of the process and compliance to procedures and policy guidelines
- Development: Lead the team into operational growth and maximization of revenue;
- Delivery as per SLAs: Manage the process as per clients requirements;
Candidate’s Profile
- The candidate need to be from Karnataka with good command over English and Kannada and willing to re-locate to Shimoga
- Shouldbe from a Telecom background with a mandatory 8-9 years of experience managing call center operations with atleast a span of There are opportunities to manage both Shimoga as well as Bangalore over a period of time.
