Manager/Sr Manager - Business Operations - Insurance

Role Description: (Manager / Sr. Manager - LI or GI - Chennai)

A E- Commerce is looking for General Insurance or Life Insurance Professionals to join to our successfully growing Business Operations Team for Chennai and Mumbai location. The Successful candidate will manage the transactions and operations with respect to insurance and will have opportunity to interact closely with key teams among Insurance companies.

Job Description:

- Complete ownership to develop and maintain post-sales relationships with key accounts at a national level (insurance companies), critical to the company in terms of recurring base revenue and future growth.

- Perform activities for assigned strategic accounts to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives

- Frequent interactions with Senior Management of Insurance Partners

- Proactively create strategic recommendations and drive their successful implementation with clients

- Support, develop and execute the firm's strategies towards driving maximum efficiency by analyzing data and existing processes, recognizing trends and thereby forming conclusions.

Competencies:

- Has been in top 20% of their company consistently in terms of Business target achievement and Rating

- Has handled a team

- Previous exposure to Insurance is required, digital / online channel, channel management, bancassurance may be an advantage

- Open to relocating to Chennai

- Has shown appreciable job stability of 2+ years in past, in the same organization with total exp. of 3-7 years only.

- MBA degree from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 College.

- Excellent interpersonal and Negotiation Skills
