Education Qualification
- Master's in Business Administration (Telecom Management)
- Post Graduate / Bachelor in Engineering - Electronics or Electronics & Communications or Industrial Engineering
Skill set:
- Knowledge of Telecom Products & Services
- Preferred knowledge in the domains of Wireline and Wireless technologies like PSTN, UMTS, CDMA, LTE etc.
Preferred certifications : PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, Business Analyst
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide an analysis of the existing practices of client's organization and make recommendations for improvements.
- Understand what client wishes to improve or fix. This may include reviewing financial statements, evaluating competitors, and analyzing business practices.
- Develop a new business model or prepare recommendations and present them to the client.
- Prepare business proposals/presentations
- Build a due diligence / discovery approach for understanding client processes
- Drive requirements workshops & Interview CXO, Directors or senior stakeholders from customer's organization
- Identify Gaps in processes with respect to industry best practices & conduct detailed Root cause analysis by using different process improvement tools like Six Sigma, Lean or methodologies like Business process management
- Data Analysis & build KPI dashboards to facilitate impact analysis
- Recommend solutions & build implementation plan
- Implement solutions with help from Operations team & help organization in realizing benefits
- Requirement capturing, Management & Requirements documentation
- Drive successful end-to-end transformation projects in process control function, support streamlining of business processes across functions.
- Ensure that services, products, processes and facilities are in compliance with BBPF/ETOM framework, and government regulations. Identify functions and processes for focus, based on discussions with process owners; Conduct business process modelling.
- Monitor project performance after roll-out, conduct trend line analysis.
- Self-sufficient, capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision.
- Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques. Might lead/ mentor small teams
