Manager/Sr Manager - Business Development - Trust Services

Key Aspects of the job: the Job will include the following:

- Business Development

Interacting and developing existing & potential clients for all existing service offerings of Trust Company (i.e. Providing Trusteeship services for Debentures, Consortium Lending, Securitisation, Private Equity & Venture Capital Funds,

Pitching the service offerings to Banks / FIs / Arrangers / Law Firms

Cross Selling Company's Services with other departments like Advisory, Project Finance and Debt Syndication

Cross Selling Services with other Group companies

- Product Structuring - Customizing Product offerings to meet client requirements

- Overlooking execution of mandate

Preparation of internal approval documents

Interacting with Legal Team for preparation & execution of documents

Co-ordinating with Operations Team for ongoing servicing of the client

Co-ordinating with Accounts Team for billing and collections of receivables

- Management of allocated Product portfolio

Relationship Management
