Experience: 4 to 10 years
Qualification: MBA Preferred
Shift Timing: 2 pm
- Complete analysis of the business unit and provide strategic guidance to the unit head on areas like process improvement, productivity improvement, client presentations - eventually to be an Account Manager responsible for multiple projects, for that specific business unit.
- Passion for numbers and analytics. Must be able to interpret data and present insightful and actionable analysis.
- Work on operational strategies leading to better value to clients.
- Work towards providing suggestions for improvement in operational efficiencies and scope for achieving better margins.
- Client interfacing and interaction in presenting work strategies, performance analysis and business cases.
- Very good communication, presentation (oral and written) skills.
- Excellent process orientation.
