BPO Analytics COE is a team of analytics experts and aspirants that will create analytical proof of concepts to grow BPO analytics business help and/or be part of BPO deals with analytical solutioning and accomplish delivery whenever any opportunity arises.
Analytics function overview: Overall, this role will be responsible for translating analytical solution approaches to analytical execution through a large number of direct or indirect reportees and at times execute individually on projects in the area of Loyalty and HR analytics, and finally present to the stakeholders (internal/external).
Roles and Responsibilities summary :
Delivery Responsibilities :
- The role will need deep understanding of campaign management, campaign analytics and reporting, adhoc analysis and modeling for sales and marketing analytics in the one or multiple industries - Retail, Banking and Telecom.
- Strong understanding of data extraction, transformation, data mart and management processes especially using SAS.
- Scope, develop, stabilize, manage large number of reports – manual or automated using direct or indirect reportees with skill sets of SAS, SQL, Excel, Tableau etc.
- Develop and maintain segmentation and prediction models through direct reportees or by self.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts for technical and domain knowledge to create best-in-class analytical solutions and deliver the final work product to the client.
People Responsibilities :
- Develop a pool of 25 + direct or indirect reportees largely Es and Fs across deals and in loyalty and HR analytics.
- Manage day-to-day work allocation and responsible to quality and timeliness of work-product.
- Understand employee work place engagement issues; dialogue, create action plan and monitor the action plan.
- Share and monitor key performance metrics for deliverables for process improvement interventions through innovation.
- As a supervisor/career counselor ensure execution of career growth plan for team members and drive key competencies.

- Test and control for campaign effectiveness.
Software and Tools:
- Base SAS programming for data extraction and manipulation
- SAS/STAT for statistical and econometric modeling
- Exposure to Oracle, MS-SQL, Terradata server environment with good understanding of data base management system
- Operating system : Windows, Unix
Experience:
Relevant experience : 7 to 10 years.
Education and Training:
- MBA, Post graduation in economics or statistics from reputed Indian universities or colleges or from US.
- Graduation in Engineering, Statistics or economics from reputed institutes/universities.
