- Learning Strategy and Planning: Design the learning strategy, plan and budget for the Advisory practice articulating the technical learning requirements for each level depending on their mapped competencies and results from learning need analysis
- Driving Innovation and Special Learning Projects:Identify and define key elements of strategic learning interventions and initiatives which are critical from learning and people perspective i.e. New joiner onboarding, executive programs, Milestone programs, external training and certification requirements for special groups, driving the technology enablement agenda for Advisory L&D, Learning policies and procedures
- Content and Delivery Management: Manage learning content and undertake periodic content refresh, trainer pool, expectations, trainer and content feedback, trainer recognition and rewards
- Learning plan deployment, L&D processes, Monitoring and Control:Liaison with firm wide central operations team for learning plan deployment, driving participation, monitoring budgets, CPE credits reporting and L&D Operations process improvement opportunities
- L&D stakeholder relationship and branding: Relationship management with the India leadership, competency L&D leads, practitioners and executives, fellow L&D colleagues in India and EMEIA, Advisory enabling functions - to align learning strategy with practice and firm objectives. Build and promote L&D brand through various branding and marketing initiatives e.g. Developing learning catalogues, Updates, newsletters and branding collaterals, L&D connect initiatives through various forums
Key Competencies:
Technical:
- Should be at the level of a Manager or above
- Should have an understanding of the practice and its service offerings
- Should be aware of Advisory business objectives and strategy
- Should be able to align the learning strategy with business priorities

- Should believe in the vision of Advisory Learning and should be inclined towards contributing to practice building initiatives
- Should possess leadership skills and willing to work as a change catalyst
- Should be an excellent communicator with good convincing and negotiation skills in order to drive the learning strategy through the various stakeholders
- Should be able to establish and maintain relationships through networking - formal and informal
- Should be open to innovation, creativity and out of box thinking
- Should be result oriented with good project management skills
