Position : Manager/Sr Manager /Associate Director -Commercial Leasing

Job Description:

- Formulate the leasing strategy and develop the leasing plan for the Office/ Business centre based on market intelligence/ retailer inquiries and finalized business plan and submit the same to Senior Management for review and approval

- Prepare and finalize the zoning plan on the desired positioning of the Office space
