Key Purpose of Role:
To generate opportunities & revenue for sponsorship division
Areas of Responsibility / Tasks:
Formulating and implementing research strategies to capture the new clients
Developing strategies to retain the existing clients.
Identifying the business prospects and exploring business opportunities by contacting the right person
Doing research and developing list of potential exhibitors/sponsors
Entering into the new market segments and creating an edge over competitors.
Delivering best services and effective solutions for sponsors and exhibitors.
To understand the client's requirements & conduct product demonstration
Ensure effective client servicing by providing appropriate service, support, information and guidance to them.
Creating and maintaining the database
Preparing the sales report periodically and presetting the same to the management regularly
Visiting to the competitors events and gathering useful data.
Travelling outside local area when required
Generating leads and developing sponsorship business
Active involvement in operational activities during the show.
