Manager - Spend Management & Analytics- FMCG
Job Responsibilities:
Commercial Spends Management:
- Preparation of framework & annual plan for commercial spends deployment for the GT channel with details around product granularity, time frame, sub-channel/geo and cost heads.
- Contribute to & understand Pre & Post event analytics of spends to increase efficiency and effectiveness of deployment lines. Usage & enhancement of tools like TRoICa towards the same.
- Effective deployment, tracking and right-sizing of spends budget across month & quarter plans to maintain YTD & YTG compliance towards framework and objectives.
- MIS/Dashboarding of all spends related information for channels/sub-channels for consumption of & decision making by CPD leadership.
- Process custodian of creation & management of all POs/DEDs for deployment of all commercial business spends & activity closures for the business period.
Business Transformation (leveraging Analytics as a core competence):
- The Candidate will be a core member of the Business Strategy and Transformation team. Immediate engagements will include the Modern Trade and Cand & Carry transformation projects, spanning: Opportunity assessment (diagnosis) as well as Solution design and Pilot rollout.

- Hands on experience on Data modelling as well as modelling languages like R / Python
