- We are looking for a Sales Manager who is passionate, dynamic, solution-oriented, and has great communication skills for a leading Business Services company.
- As a Sales Specialist for Exclusive stores, you will have the exciting opportunity to help deliver on market expansion strategy and change the way India shops. You will be responsible for launching and account managing Exclusive stores across identified priority locations in India through a network of agencies.
- You will be the face of the business for Exclusive stores and store recruitment agencies and be at the forefront converting strategy to on-ground execution plans. Your responsibilities will include establishing business relationships with distribution agencies/partners and stores and drive the day-to-day interactions in order to build long-term business opportunity.
- You will not only launch stores, but work with them post launch to deliver on superior customer experience and help them build their online presence which includes identifying new monetization sources for stores through the eco-system. The work will entail UpSelling the suite of other services to stores that drive customer footfalls and increase store conversions thereby enhancing customer experience and store revenues.
- (S)He will be responsible for negotiating with multi-functional stakeholders within organization, devising a launch plan, resolving execution blockers, bringing them on-board and executing a joint business plan to ensure success post launch.
- This role also provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches and solutions in a competitive and ever changing business climate. You will have the direct opportunity to be a member of a team creating a unique customer experience.
Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in Sales or Business development
- MBA in Sales /Marketing is preferred
- Deep understanding of e-commerce/retail is required (preferably prior experience in e-commerce)
- Previous responsibility for strategic development, product management or product marketing
- Revenue targets and quotas is highly desirable
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience influencing C-level executives highly desirable
- Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented
