Key Deliverables:
- To exercise internal and external benchmarking to analyze and collect market leading best practices and work to introduce the same in the organization
- To support the annual performance appraisal processes
- Assist in designing and delivering on organizations' ESOP and other Long term incentive plans to build engagement and retention.
- Work on understanding the organizational structure & context to create relevant Salary Grids & new structures
- Support with developing, managing, and delivering rewards-related training and communication for various stakeholder and leadership teams.
- Manage and ensure compliance with corporate governance, compensation & benefit-related laws.
- Assist and support in creating reporting, analytics for the team.
Skills Required:
- Should possess strong knowledge of market trends, best practices and technology
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through processes, identify and implement processes
- Systematic understanding of total rewards, as well as other HR functions
- Strong organizational/prioritization skills with an ability to multitask to manage multiple projects while maintain attention to detail
- Exposure on ESOPs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Educational Qualifications - MBA-HR
Work Experience - 2 to 4 years
