Consumer Insights Manager/Specialist
We're looking for passionate, self driven people who can work on understanding our current/ potential consumers and non-consumers. You should also able to help us in shaping our offerings so we can serve latent consumer needs.
We will be an excellent match if-
- You are crazy about interacting with customers and generating actionable insights.
- You have a sharp eye for human behavioural patterns.
- You can nail down relevant cultural trends that can be used in connecting with our consumers.
- You use your sharp observational skills to look beyond surveys and secondary research.
- You can create personas that become the ammunition for crucial business decisions.
- You are good at recruiting consumers to take part in research studies.
- You are excellent at leveraging the current startup structure to develop insights for multiple cities/ localities.
- You can segment different customers and generate different insights to be used for each of kind.
- You are able to chart out customer purchase journey and generate relatable insights.
- You come with 2-4 years of experience in handling consumer insights/market research.
