Manager - Special Projects
Summary:
- Manager-Special projects primary role will be to support the Managing Director with data analysis and insights for strategic projects, presentations for decision makers.
- The role would also involve managing communication and Managing Director's meetings with key stakeholders.
- The ideal person for the job will be an initiative-taking analytical person with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Support Managing Director with Data Analytics, insights for strategic projects driven from Managing Director's office.
- Design the reports and presentations on strategic projects for sharing with key stakeholders
- Collation of reports and documents for weekly/ monthly/ quarterly meetings
- Manage meetings schedules of Managing Director with key stakeholders (internal and external)
- To carry out any specific study, research, benchmarking etc as required.
- Be a part of business planning, strategy exercise. Identify key avenues for business in consultation with various department heads and MD.
- Identify potential opportunities in new and current business, supported with comprehensive analysis on industry and competitors.
- Handle documentation with high-level of confidentiality
- Compile agendas, prepare briefs, attend a wide variety of meetings, take, and transcribe minutes and undertake any necessary follow up procedures
- Co-ordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables
- Anticipate needs and take initiative to solve problems independently with minimal guidance
- Own the daily coordination, plan appointments/events, and manage correspondence from the partners/employees
