Manager Sourcing

Key Responsibilities :

- Source and procure raw materials, components, and equipment needed for production.

- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery speed.

- Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers to ensure optimal value for the organization.

- Monitor market trends and identify potential risks or opportunities related to material sourcing.

- Work with internal teams to forecast material needs, establish inventory levels, and monitor stock levels.

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Manage supplier performance by tracking delivery times, quality levels, and customer service.

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as production and quality control, to ensure material quality meets established standards.

- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities related to material sourcing.

- Maintain accurate records and reports related to material sourcing activities.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in material sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.

- Experience of working with Chinese Suppliers and familiarity with Chinese ecosystem

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends and make informed decisions.

- Experience in contract management and vendor relationship management.

- Knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain operations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
