Manager - Sourcing - Educational Gaming Startup

Role Description :

At Logic Roots, we believe that an engaging game can engender more thinking, problem solving and practice than all the books combined. But making a great board game requires a ton of effort. Researching the perfect material, sourcing it from reliable vendors and getting the work done within budget and time is the key to success. That is why we are looking for a rock star Sourcing Manager to join our core team.

As a Sourcing Manager you will :

- Work closely with the Design Team to identify the right game components and materials

- Experiment with newer materials, components and styles to build excitement about products

- Find reliable vendors and work with them to get best product possible at best price

- Ensure that optimal inventory levels are always maintained in the warehouse to avoid loss of demand

Logic Roots is reinventing how kids practice Math. We are using the power of technology and gamification to deliver the perfect Math learning experience to each child.

Our Products :

- Mathaly is our award winning Math app. It is currently ranked as one of the top educational apps in US on windows platform. We are now launching it on other platforms while simultaneously working to improve repeat usage and analytics.

- Our Math Board Games are already #1 best sellers on Amazon in India and selling well in US too.
