We are hiring for Asia's largest and fastest-growing B2B commerce company specializing in B2B procurement of industrial products and packaging consumables. They provide digital procurement and supply chain solutions across industries as well as making it tax compliant.

Have received national and international accolades for innovation in procurement and supply chain and our customers include large companies such as Unilever, Havells, Vedanta, Tata Projects, among others.

Role Objective:

- We are looking for an individual with strong sourcing capability and commercial acumen. He/She must be well versed with the nitty gritty of the automobile component manufacturing industry. He/she is excited to take up new challenges and supports the team in their international expansion within the metal fabrication segment.

- The profile revolves around supplier development, new supplier scouting, on time RFQ conversion, negotiations with current suppliers for better margins.

Roles Responsibilities:

1. Identifying metal fabrication suppliers for sourcing of casting/forging/machining parts.

2. Conducting supplier assessment as per export related compliances

3. Carrying out the sourcing process including RFQ & technical review, cost negotiation, PO release for production

4. Day to day coordination with vendors for all RFQ requirements including technical queries from the client.

5. Submission of RFQ quotes with strict adherence to client timelines.

6. Working closely with suppliers for production capacity planning in line with program timing

7. Leading project meetings/audits with customers and vendors for periodic reviews and addressing commercial issues like timeline extension, closures of BG/LC etc.

8. Closure of disputes, if any, with vendors, as and when required

Key role related skills:

1) Sourcing skills and industry network - to establish a strong export-oriented supplier base

2) Technical knowledge of auto component manufacturing

3)Cost negotiation and problem-solving skills
