Manager - Sourcing - Agriculture Commodity - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Looking for a candidate for the position of Manager Sourcing - Agriculture Commodity with one of the leading FMCG food company based out of Pune.

- An ideal candidate is a management graduate from a premier institute, preferably from an Agribusiness / Rural Management field.

- Candidate should have minimum 5-10 years of experience in sourcing of agri commodities and food ingredients, preferably in a food processing industry.

Key responsibilities :

- Agro commodities sourcing (ingredient/spices/vegetable)

- Coordinating with the Logistics, Planning, Operations and Materials for getting all production plans in advance

- Coordination with the sales team

- Analyzing buying pattern

- Responsible for handling the vendor selection and development process.

- Identifying and finalizing alternate sources for RM & PM

CTC can go upto 20-25 lakhs.
