Manager - SOP Excellence - Retail

Our client is a distinguished Retail organization in Africa, its well recognized for its robust presence and significant impact across the continent's retail sector.

Responsibilities

- SOP Design, Documentation & Improvements. Existing Processes. Digital Transformation processes- Define SOPs for New Initiatives- Gap Analysis & continuous improvement of existing processes

- Define, train & deploy lean methodologies for inventory management

- Planogram for Store warehouse with Store layout team- Store warehouse capacity planning- Maintaining Bins in store warehouse- Stacking and counting of Inventory in store warehouse

- Mechanism to audit Inventory management- Drive ADLI for all SOPs

- Identify mechanisms to move SOPs from Deployment to Learning phase- Reporting can help to learn from the existing process and improve

- Integrate processes and build efficiency- For e.g., Receiving merchandise process should be integrated with RPA, Insurance process to ensure corrective action for damaged goods. It should also be integrated with stacking process to ensure PID process takes minimum time.

- Analyse and report OFIs for all processes- Analysis of Competition benchmarking executed by ZO

- Retail Process- Review and update questionnaire for all audits, Manage Internal Audits. SOP Audit. SMART Audit- Manage External Audits. Mystery Audit. Process Excellence Audit

- RCA and CAPA (Corrective action preventive action) for EY Audit, Liaise with Training team on SOP content upgradation- Design and track the progress of KPIs along with Lead & Lag metrics- Liaise with L&D team on SOP content upgradation- Liaise with L&D team for training at all levels at the store (OJT)

- Responsible for continuous improvement on SOPs- Liaise with Apple team on process improvements Skill Set and competency - vocal, good communicator , knowledge of multitasking area to amend the SOP , Retail Consultant Preferred for the position

- Strong Experience in SOP in retail ( Mandatory)

- Need to speak English, Hindi language( Compulsory) for this role.

- Experience: 10+ years ( Mandatory)

- Candidates Preferred from Retail & Consultant firm

Qualification - BE (Engineering)
