Position Title: Manager - Solutions for Global Enterprise Products (M2M, IOT etc)
Role purpose:
To be the consultative lead for Pre-Sales, including requirements analysis of M2M, IOT, connected product and managed mobility solution nationally and support Global Enterprise segment. Being a SPOC to Global Enetrprise segment it requires mentoring and enabling circle teams to design and build customer's technical solution and partner ecosystem, co-ordinating and supervising delivery of M2M solutions and supporting evolution of technology and shared Services.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Execute role as part of wider team whilst being conversant with business methodology / complex sales processes. Act as technical consultant to company customers and internal stakeholders
Assess technical solution complexity and deliverability within Company's M2M and mobility capabilities.
Responsible for producing Technical documentation for the segment, enabling circle team to be conversant with the requirements of the Enterprise Customer and the capability of our business
Leading M2M & mobility solution design presentations and workshops nationally. Clearly differentiate company against its competitors. Support the Segment to achieve end customer technical solution approval.
Work closely with partner and internal teams to ensure that the agreed design successfully integrates with the company service
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Proven technical & sales experience encompassing design and development of M2M, IOT, connected products and mobility solutions
An understanding of core 3GPP/ETSI mobile network components (GGSN, SGSN, MSC,HLR/CSDB, DNS, RADIUS, Diameter, SMSC) -their function and integration points.
Ability to create partner eco-system and support bespoke requirements
Excellent communication skills including verbal, presentation, email and social interaction.
Customer relationship management skills with ability to interact comfortably at C- level.
Must-have technical / professional qualifications:
Extensive experience of M2M technology and services
Good understanding of mobile communication and IP technologies
Minimum 10 years experiences of in mobile services or related field in Technical Sales role
An intimate understanding of the M2M & mobility marketplace, players and trends
A holistic view of how M2M connectivity fits into customers- overall business processes and market offers.
