Job responsibilities
Key deliverables :
1. Creative Ideation and proposal development - Working closely with the sales team for proposal ideation for clients
- Creating innovative, feasible solutions for HT's clients which could be corporate brands, government institutions
2. Preparing top of the class proposal presentations for generic media deck, sponsorships, customized proposals
- Interacting with clients either directly or with sales team members
3. Execution and Delivery
- Preparation of Execution Plan post deal closure
- Ensuring complete execution of the campaign in the most seamless manner possible while maintaining profitability
- Coordinating closely with Edit, Sales, AdOps and other teams to ensure successful execution exceeding client expectations
4. Strategic Tasks
- EXCELLENT analytical skills and extraordinary communication skills.
- Insight mining for revenue growth opportunities
- Regular Market research and intelligence to pitch HT's properties to the clients.
- Identify & Analyse the customer buying patterns and put together a comprehensive customer solution
5. Build and maintain and update a database
- Competition analysis to find out which are new display/content formats/ideas used by other media companies (competition and otherwise) for brands which we may pitch to our clients as well.
6. Actively pitching to brands and presenting them with creative ad sales & solutions.
- Interpret brief from clients to understand the brand positioning, key Marketing Challenge, Brand/Initiative Objective and resources available (duration of activity, budgets available, other supports available, etc)
7. Needs to work with internal stakeholders and the ability to work with teams.
