Software Sales Manager PLM / CAD / CAM / CAE
Experience Required: 3-8 years in PLM / CAx software sales
Preferred Background:- Experience in selling PLM, CAD, CAM, CAE licenses
- Additional experience in PLM/CAx services sales is a plus
- Sales experience with Siemens, Autodesk, Dassault Systems, or PTC resellers preferred
- Strong industry connections in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and engineering
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for PLM and CAx software solutions
- Identify & engage with potential clients through research, networking, and industry events
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
- Deliver compelling presentations & product demonstrations
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Maintain relationships with existing clients for upselling & cross-selling opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements:- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical/business discipline or equivalent experience
Skills:- Strong understanding of PLM & CAD/CAM software
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with internal teams (marketing, product, technical)
- Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi & English (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel as needed
