Job Description - This role would take care of the social branding, owned platform content and online marketing for the FMCG organisation in a pan India capacity.

Client Details

Our client is a fast growing international organisation in the FMCG/Personal care space with a host of their products catering to the premium segments. They are a rapidly expanding organisation in India with an eye towards competing with the leaders in the market. They are looking for a Social Media and Online Marketing Manager who would lead the online strategy across content and engagement for the organisation.

Description

This role would report into the VP - Communication and would be responsible to:

- Strategize, plan, and execute the content strategy with the agencies/vendors to deliver high reach and impact at the lowest cost for the organisation and its brands


- Analyse trends, data to design campaigns and monitor ABO social performance

- Explore Holistic Content strategy training course covering various dimensions: with Multi channel strategy



- Proactively developing & creating content with social first & Mobile first approach while designing our campaigns



- Create engaging video/ animation format for better engagement & performance



- Focus on Vernacular content and new platforms for higher engagement



- Design and execute Social Media strategy for corporate, brand and the organisation to enhance visibility, awareness, understanding and engagement amongst Direct Sellers and consumers



- Anticipates communications trends, monitors emerging media and identifies media best suited for reaching the target audience


Profile

The successful applicant should have at least 10 years of extensive experience in driving social and content strategy in the Consumer space, specifically FMCG/D2C/retail space and an overall understanding of the different segments and channels for the industry in India. He/she should have a creative approach towards understanding and solving problems and have a proven experience in driving and leveraging people skills and motivations.
