1. Build the brand on Social - Growing community and engagement rates of social IPs.
2. Drive Influencer management and ORM (Online reputation management) - actively monitor and review user comments, suggestions, feedback and complaints across social handles and platforms manually and using the related tools wherever possible.
3. Grow the content marketing site for articles , build content quantity and quality, build monthly traffic ensuring SEO is in place and drive users to the platform.
4. Manage day to day operations on social channels management with partners, agencies and internal stakeholders.
5. Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and content site layout)
6. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions. In line with trends, suggest and evaluate new platforms for launching brand handle.
7. Understanding of social listening and its usage to drive engagement and community growth
