The client is a technology startup of India in sector of health care which provides many health services including medicines home delivery, lab tests booking and doctor appointment. They are a technology oriented organisation and believe in deep data analyses for each campaign, channel, ad copy and take only data based decisions. Each team member is expected to know and learn principles of marketing, customer behaviour and company's customer, in addition to basics of digital marketing and data analysis.
Designation: - Manager- Social Media Marketing
Reports into: - Head - Marketing.
Job Description:
- Define objective of organisation's Social Media Marketing.
- Plan to achieve targets of Marketing so that business objective is achieved.
- Come up with innovative marketing plans each month, test and scale as per performance.
- Measure, report & share dashboards of results for this channel.
- Use manual or tools to make the process efficient and error free.
Role & Responsibilities:
- To acquire customers via Social Media channels through Paid Marketing.
- To innovate and come up with new ideas for campaigns, new Ad copies and new channels every month.
- To analyse performance from each campaign, Ad copy and optimise as per RoI.
- To constantly improve RoI and retention rate from these channels.
- Increased Revenue from this channel.
- RoI is as per business requirement.
- RoI from individual campaigns is tracked, maintained and improved.
- Ensure repeat rate from this channel is as per business requirements.
Desired Technical Skills:
- 3+ years- experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proven excellence in customer acquisition and concepts of Social Media Marketing.
- Good to have experience in retail industry, health and wellness industry.
- Thorough knowledge of Facebook and Twitter advertising tools.
- Other tools for one-stop solutions in managing ads for social media networks also a plus.
- A MBA Graduate with Maths or Analytics background is preferred.
